How to be happy at work even if you don't like the job

Whether it's a special snack, a favorite coffee mug, or a brisk walk around the building; strategically plant happiness seeds throughout the workday and give yourself something to look forward to.

3. Take a meditation break.
Meditation can be a great way to relieve stress and anxiety throughout the day. And there's no need for it to be complicated or time-consuming. Just a short five-minute meditation can increase energy and alleviate anxiety with no special equipment necessary.
